Abstract
Thanks to information and communication technologies which enable complete automation of the administrative procedures and the integration of regional distant bodies, citizens can satisfy their needs filing requirements from one place no matter how many different bodies participate in the processing of such requests. The change that e-Government brings to citizens is increased availability of the administrative authority through the electronic services and therefore they need short time to collect the necessary documentation. This paper presents the results of the practical application and representation of electronic services which have proved to be part of good practice.
