Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present organizational changes in enterprise, necessary for integration of SAP solutions in modern business processes. First, introduce the concept of managing organizational changes in enterprise, by using
the classical Lewin’s model of changes (unfreezing organization, introducing change, and freezing the changes). Afterwards, management of organizational changes during implementation of SAP solutions will be explored through all phases of implementation (project initiation, project setup, design of new solution, development of new solution, test phase, deployment of new solution, and postimplementation) accompanied by activities thru different project streams (organization stream, communication stream, learning stream, and performance management stream).
