Abstract

Energoprojekt holding a.d. represents one of three Serbian companies that are listed on the A list of Belgrade stock exchange market. Significant size of this multinational company market value derives from the intellectual capital accumulated during the decades of performing successfully on local and international market in building and development of infrastructural objects. Basic goal of the instating corporative portal for managing intellectual capital is to increase efficiency in use of this important company resource. By expanding the functionalities of existing corporative portal for permanent education and linking it with Human Resource module integrated within, new conditions will be generated for quality assurance of intellectual capital (knowledge, solutions, skills, licenses…). In addition, better planning of required human resources and more precise estimation of new job applicants will be established. Mastering sophisticated information technologies in this area of intellectual capital and human resource management will increase to competitive value of company and its market value. Knowledge management represents a collection of methods and techniques used in organizations for acquiring, creating, storing, search, presenting and distribution of knowledge. It is in direct link with organizations goals, such as improving performances, innovation, transferring knowledge from realized projects to newly established, and cooperation among employees. It is often referred to as an organization that’s learning. In modern days many companies utilize information technologies in order to develop integrated corporative system that nullifies the boundaries between formal business functions in the purpose of improving essential business processes or their reengineering.
