E-EMPLOYMENT

Abstract

In this work is going to be analyzed the e-employment and suggested the e-employment adapted to the conditions in Serbia. This model of e-employment could be adapted to the special needs of the subject whitch has to be employed, especially of the great companies, state offices as the organizations that does not have developed segment of human recourses. The model and software implementation of the e-employment makes the e-employment itself as faster, cheaper, secure and more quality with less effort and mistakes, less spent time.
