Abstract
Without CRM data warehouses would not be so popular. CRM is a strategy for optimizing the lifetime value of customer by getting to know the customer better. A data warehouse makes this possible, but it is very important that it archives accurate data about customers and their behavior. Therefore data warehouses have to be designed to take account of time.
