Abstract

This work describes the concept of internal business communications, which is one of the key elements that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of any company. Communication with employees is the most important communication activity in which a company may engage. Today, as organizations are being subject to constant reorganization, managers at all levels are starting to recognize the need for communication with their employees, however, they are not sure how to organize and implement it. The subject of this paper is to review these issues by engaging all available resources in the organization to organize (improve) and implement internal communication that is simpler, more efficient, rational and more cost effective. This paper suggests a direct link between internal communication and business success of companies, as illustrated by the example of Energoprojekt Entel, which, as the most successful company of Energoprojekt, is the most successful company in the country, in the field of its activity.
