CHARACTERISTICS, SPECIFITIES AND APPLICATIONS OF ONLINE SERVICE FOR SOCIAL NETWORKING YOUTUBE
Abstract
YouTube has grown to become the largest and most highly visited online social networking service, taking into account the amount of multimedia information. Furthermore, an interest in different, and especially the educational use of YouTube has become apparent. The phenomenon of YouTube is described in this paper. The corresponding characteristics of YouTube video clips, as the signals with the highest amount of multimedia information, are presented in this paper. Video format, length and memorizing are also taken into account.
