Abstract

The goal of this work is to show problems which are solved by the IVUS, on which principles is based getting important diagnostic information, which are its physical limitations and technological challenges which should be transcend. In that goal, review of the state in the field is given, supposition was brought out what could be changed, method how it could be changed and conclusion showing which new questions and problems was arisen.
