Abstract

In this article, a global concept of the mobile electronic services and an overview of the existing library mobile electronic services are considered. Besides, the overviews of mostly used mobile technologies are presented. According to these overviews, the guidelines for finding appropriate complete solution, related to a library mobile electronic services within a group of mobile devices represented by mobile phones, are defined. The complete solution represents a solution which would likely support all possible users of library mobile services, i.e. all available types of mobile phones. This is a real challenge nowadays.
