Abstract

The paper presents a methodological framework for e-business development in medicines legislation, as one of e-government services in Republic of Serbia. Besides information society development, there are illustrated framework of e-government. Methodology of e-goverment project managining include unitary life-cycle by lay-out to implementation power system planing and it is in harmony with Rational Unified Process methodology. For the system model description Unified Modeling Language notation is used. This study illustrates model process for medicines consumption, as the part of information system. The analyse of medicines consumption was carried out in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 in Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia, which shall be in charge of collecting and processing statistical data on trade and consumption of medicinal products and medical devices. The results, that was illustrated in this study shows that application of e-business in medicines legislative has big significance as one of e-services in Serbia.
