Abstract

Knowledge Management is a systematic business optimization strategy that selects, distills, stores, organizes and communicates information essential to the business of a company in a manner that improves employee performance and corporate competitiveness. In today’s business operations attention has been drawn away from products and services and shifted towards the resources needed for their production. It should be pointed out that knowledge belongs to the category of resources. The growth of multinational companies in our country and the assurance of their competitiveness both locally and internationally drew attention to knowledge management as one of the questions essential for their survival and development. This paper will focus on the theoretical justification for the introduction of the above-mentioned system into a large corporation such as Energoprojekt Holding.
