Abstract

Starting from the fact that information technology makes a very strong impact on the community by offering it on one hand, the abundant benefits and numerous opportunities, and on the other hand, making it extremely dependent and enormously sensitive to the disruptions caused by the misuse of this technology, the paper considers the implications of this technology to national security.
