MODEL FOR ANTICIPATION OF REAL ESTATE PRICES BASED ON CBR AND LA

Abstract

Main goal of this work is the development of model for anticipation of real estate prices based on case based reasoning (CBR) with implementation of logical aggregation (LA) operator derived from Interpolative Boolean Algebra (IBA) and comparison of the results with results based on usage of Euclidean norm. The model input are the values of quality attributes of a real estate, the most similar one is being found from knowledge base, and according to it, the price is being estimated from the input. General concepts of CBR and LA are shown and the model efluents as an adjustment of desribed general concepts applied onto the problem.
