In order to make more effective realization of domen tasks in business system surroundings, it is necessary to raise knowledge level, and level of understanding the realization of business process and also relevant support of information business systems. Today, integrated software solutions become standard of effective business, and they are more accepted by business subjects. ERP systems offers integration and use of all business system functionalities. Often, there are tasks and responsibilities that are not fully defined, so it is possible to realize virtual organization model for education based on ERP system, specificly Microsoft Dynamics Nav, in order to raise level of personnel education, and understanding of business functions and formal tasks realization.With appropriate education methods and with defined scenarios, it is possible to carry out formal tasks and responsibilities, relevant to specific personal role in business system.
