The paper presents proposal for the new technological procedure aimed for continual tracking of the changes in land cover and using data gathered through satellite remote sensing. The results obtained are integrated with other data sources (cadastral plans, digital ortophoto plans scale 1:5000, topographic maps scale 1:25000). The technological procedure is fully accorded to the CORINE (COoRdination of INformation on the Environment) programme which is in effect in EU member states. The technological procedure is verified for selected space area of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
