Abstract
In this article there will be presented two most important sections of ITIL; IT Service Delivery and IT Service Support. They are irreplaceable in the organizations IT Service Management, regardless if they are IT service provider or IT service user. Today, the majority of the companies/ organizations find IT a crucial part of their operational structure. From described as “a nice to have” IT became “a must have”. The short description of all processes in these two main processes is given: process of IT Service Delivery and IT Service Support.
