Abstract

Project Management domain knowledge and certification have gained significance in the light of distinction between successful and unsuccessful projects. In the very same time it provided difference between successful and unsuccessful companies that applied those knowledge and standards. Through the time existence of that knowledge was not the only thing what matters but the way of its usage. Certified Project Managers, even if they possess the same certificates and that is expected to have the same skills, distinguish among them by the quality of skills appliance. Recently this diversity is evident in multiple diverse domain knowledge becoming desirable in the skillset of single Project Manager. Those who noticed this treasure certify Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Analysis, etc. Projects led by them become than significantly more successful thanks to that.
